For this adventure, you couldn’t be in better hands… This is one of our favourite tours and we are truly happy to share with you and wander around our secret spots across the breathtaking Caldera trails.
The places we will visit are located mainly in the municipality of Megalohori, one of the most picturesque towns on the island. It is covered by extensive vineyards which have allowed since ancient times, the export of Vinsanto wine, still one of the most traditional in Santorini.
During the tour, we can appreciate wineries, prehistoric mansions, alleys that have hidden pirates over the years and some of the most outstanding views of the caldera sight.
The meeting point is in the centre of Megalohori, where we will start our walk towards the caldera side of the island. Our mission is to find all the romantic icons along the path, throughout the amazing caldera cliff. Along the way, we will find caves, windmills, outstanding views of the volcano and hidden churches. Every turn will take your breath away.
The adventure continues in search of one of the most recognized wineries in Santorini. There we will taste some international awarded wines, coming from the local varieties in the island. The place has a great atmosphere and a great wine quality. Perfect to stop for some wine tasting.
